We started TecsPal because of a problem that sounds small until it is yours: someone gets hired, they are thrilled to begin, and then they wait days or weeks for a laptop that never seems to arrive. Multiply that by a company hiring across borders and the excitement turns into friction. We wanted day one to feel like day one, anywhere in the world.
We built Tecspal so that a new hire in any country could open their laptop and just start. Everything else grew from there.

From that first laptop, we kept going. We became the platform companies rely on for IT equipment procurement, delivery, IT support, buyback and offboarding for their distributed and remote teams, all through our own software and a flexible on demand, pay as you go model, with an average delivery time of 3.5 days and ISO 27001 certification. Four people became more than 60 across seven countries. One invoice became more than 20,000 onboardings for 700 companies in over 160 countries. We did it 100% bootstrapped, and we did it with one rule: every time we found stability, instead of getting comfortable, we went for more.

We are just getting started. The plan is to grow our team from 60 to 200 people by 2028 and to keep doing what we have always done, only bigger and for more people. The ambition has not changed. What changed is how far we can take it.
